Return and Exchange Policy

The Quality Control Team at Styzen ensures every product is carefully inspected before it is shipped out.
If you happen to receive a defective/damaged product, please follow the below steps to initiate a refund.
Please note: Returns can be initiated only within 72 hours of reciept of product, after which no return requests will be  accepted.

  1. Click a Picture
    Click a picture of the damaged/defective product where the damaged area is clearly visible.
    For better results keep the product under good light while clicking the picture.
  1. Email the Image
    Email the image within 7 days to with the title as “Return/Refund Request”.
  1. Mail or courier the product to our mailing address.
    The mailing address is
    27 , 1st floor , Raja Motor Market , 2nd cross ,
    Journlaist Colony , Bengaluru, India – 560002.

Verification and Refund Processing 

Once the product is delivered to us. We will start processing the refund after verifying the damage / defected product. The Refund process can take upto 7-10 working days after receiving the product back.
